Imagine being able to complement or enrich a dish with fresh herbs directly available on the table. An ancient practice, which our grandparents already made possible with pots of aromatic plants found on outdoor tables, now finds its contemporary version, revised and updated. "Plant" is, in fact, a table centerpiece that contains edible herbs, plants that are beautiful to look at and good for our health. It is made of prefabricated, cut and welded tubulars that intertwine like the roots of seedlings, generating a shape that is both linear and complex. In its elements find housing the edible leaves, but also the cell phone, to be amplified, the unfailing companion of our days.

An up-and-coming designer, he departed from his native Molise to pursue a degree in Product Design at Politecnico di Milano. “The skills acquired so far,” explains the designer, “allow me to direct the flow of questions and ideas by translating them into strokes, objects, and experiences. Collaborating with Orografie has enabled me to craft an object that aims to please the eye while also communicating a message of change within the kitchen, with a broader focus on environmental preservation.
